SaaS platform for occupational health and safety management with AI

KSoft proprietary product — in development

AI applied to reduce per-person time in incident review and analysis, report generation and other management tasks

The challenge

Mid-sized companies face a significant administrative burden in meeting occupational health and safety management system requirements: incident documentation, audit execution, staff training and report generation for different audiences. Managing this program rigorously without a specialized team is difficult, and the tools available in the market digitize forms but do not reduce the actual effort.

The solution

KSoft is developing a SaaS platform where AI is a structural component of the workflow, not an add-on feature. The system automates incident classification and analysis, audit finding generation and compliance report production adapted by audience, integrating with existing management tools.

Results

  • Application of generative AI in a domain with strict regulatory requirements
  • Automation of the complete cycle: incidents, audits, training and reports
  • Architecture designed to operate reliably in regulated environments

This project represents the direct application of KSoft’s AI capabilities to a concrete business problem: turning regulatory compliance from a bureaucratic process into a real management system, without requiring the company’s team to have specialization in occupational health and safety.

The most relevant technical challenge is AI reliability in a regulated domain: generated reports must be accurate, use the correct regulatory language and faithfully reflect the system’s data. That level of control over model output is what differentiates a production-useful AI implementation from a demonstration that never makes it into operation.
